Plans are shaped around the two things that cost real money to run: time spent talking to the app, and documents it writes for you. The exact monthly allowances will be published in full before anything is ever charged.
Before you sign up
What happens after I request access?
Your request goes on the list and we add people in small batches, so that everyone who joins gets looked after properly. When your turn comes you get an invitation by email, and you sign in with a link rather than a password.
Will I be charged during early access?
No. Early access is free, and there is no card to enter. Paid plans are still being worked out, and when they arrive you will be told what they cost and asked whether you want one. Nobody gets moved onto a paid plan quietly.
Will it invent things to make me look better?
No, and this is the part we care most about. Every claim in a CV, letter or interview answer has to trace back to something in your library, and a second checking pass runs over any draft before you see it as finished. Where a figure is missing it gets flagged for you to fill in, rather than guessed.
Do I have to talk to it?
Not at all. Talking is usually the fastest way to get your history down and the most useful way to practise for an interview, but every one of those features has a typed version that does the same job.
Is this built for the UK?
Yes. British English and British CV conventions throughout, salaries in pounds, and job search that runs against live UK adverts. It is not an American product with the spellings changed.
What happens to my information?
Your records are yours and are only ever visible to you. What you earn is stored encrypted and is deliberately kept out of everything the app writes for an employer. You can download a complete copy of everything you own at any time, or delete all of it permanently.
